William Lawrence
I founded WH Lawrence Solicitors in January 2013. Since qualifying in the mid-1990s, I have acted almost exclusively as a property litigator. I spent the early part of my career at national firm, Eversheds in Manchester before moving to London to work at City practice, SJ Berwin until 2006.
Following a short stint in the West End, I joined national firm Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) heading their London property litigation practice as a Partner. My clients range from commercial landlords and commercial tenants, to high net worth individuals and charities, all with property interests throughout the country.

Richard Anyamene
I have 20 years’ experience in real estate and general commercial litigation. I have held partnerships at Lawrence Graham (now Gowling WLG (UK) LLP); Mischcon de Reya and Jones Day, where I headed the real estate litigation team.
I have managed cases at all court levels, involving commercial and residential property litigation; landlord and tenant disputes and insolvency.
I specialise in dealing with issues relating to strategic property management for commercial and institutional landlords and tenants, as well as developers.
I have recently advised in High Court litigation against a major bank relating to enforcement of a legal charge; a number of planning disputes and a solicitors negligence claim.

Illyr Pride
I qualified at Shulmans in Leeds in 1998 and have worked exclusively as a property litigator throughout my career.
From 2001 until 2010 I worked in the Sheffield office of global law firm DLA Piper before joining niche commercial property firm Land Law LLP in 2011.
I have extensive experience of all aspects of real estate litigation and dispute resolution including landlord and tenant issues, acquisition and disposal advice, site assembly projects, development work and property management.
I have acted for multi-nationals, PLCs, property investors, house builders, developers, portfolio managers, landlords and tenants, local authorities, small businesses and individuals.
I divide my time between Sheffield and London and work for clients throughout the country.
